Collaboration withdrawn:
We inform you our decision to withdraw our participation in the event organized by the Trapitos Collective, scheduled to be held on April 6th in Flutgraben, Berlin. After careful reflection and evaluation, we have determined that our organizational priorities and approaches are not fully aligned on this occasion and with the event that Trapitos is organizing. We deeply appreciate the effort and dedication that the Trapitos Collective has invested in the organization of this event. However, it is essential for us that our visions and values are more closely aligned with each other.

We are really sorry to bring you this news and many thanks to all who submitted a video for this call.

In its 17th edition, VideoClub aims to present a careful selection of artists and works from the global south and its diaspora. Through a curatorial approach that celebrates diversity, our goal is to amplify new voices, perspectives, and poetics that challenge the Western narrative in a sensory journey full of personal stories, unique aesthetics, color, and emotions. “Sur, sur, sur” will take place at Silent Green Kulturquartier in Berlin, The Living Gallery in New York City, and debuting at Cine CCC in Santiago de Chile. The scheduled dates for these events are March 14th, April 30th, and April 13th, respectively.
